【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesasmall-scalelaboratoryscreeningprocedureforcomparingtherelativehorizontalburningcharacteristicsofsmalltestpiecesofflexiblecellularpolymericmaterialexposedtoalow-energysourceofheat.Itisintendedonlyforthepurposeofassessingquicklyandsimplythehorizontalburningcharacteristicsofsmalltestpiecesofthematerialassuch,i.e.consideredwithoutreferencetotheenvironmentalconditionsunderwhichthematerial,orproductsmadefromit,maybeused.Asaconsequence,itisnotpossibletoestablishacorrelationbetweentheresultsofthistestandtheperformanceofsuchmaterialsorproductsunderactualserviceconditions.Thetestisrestrictedtotestpiecesofthicknessgreaterthan5mm.Resultsoftestsontestpiecesofdifferentthicknessesarenotcomparable.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtobeusedtoassessthepotentialfirehazardinuse.NOTEForcellularplasticshavingadensitylessthan250kg/m,anothertestmethodexists:ISO9772:—up1)>,Cellularplastics—Determinationofhorizontalburningcharacteristicsofsmallspecimenssubjectedtoasmallflame.ThetestequipmentandproceduresdifferfromthosecontainedinthisInternationalStandard,anditshouldnotthereforebeassumedthattheywillproduceidenticaltestresults.note:1)Tobepublished.(RevisionofISO9772:1994)
