【摘要】:ThispartofISO28927specifiesalaboratorymethodformeasuringhand-transmittedvibrationemissionatthehandlesofstraightgrinders.Itisatype-testprocedureforestablishingthemagnitudeofvibrationinthegrippingareasofamachinefittedwithaspecifiedtestwheelandrununderno-loadconditions.ThispartofISO28927isapplicabletohand-heldmachines(seeClause5),drivenpneumaticallyorbyothermeans,intendedforgrindingandsurfacefinishingusingstraightgrindingwheelstype1,taperedwheelstype4andcylindricalplugs,e.g.oftype16(cylindricalplug,taperedcone),18(cylindricalplug,flatend),18R(cylindricalplug,roundedend)and19(cylindricalplug,taper-rollshaped),foruseonallkindsofmaterials.Itisnotapplicabletogrindersusedwithwirebrushes,norisitapplicabletodiegrinderswheretheinsertedtoolismountedinacollet.NOTE1TypicalmachinescoveredbythispartofISO28927areillustratedinFigures1to3.Itisintendedthattheresultsbeusedtocomparedifferentmodelsofthesametypeofmachine.NOTE2Toavoidconfusionwiththeterms“powertool”and“insertedtool”,“machine”isusedhereinafterfortheformer.
