【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandard-providesdefinitionsforthetransmittedfieldcharacteristicsoffocusingtransducersforapplicationsinmedicalultrasound;-relatesthesedefinitionstotheoreticaldescriptions,design,andmeasurementofthetransmittedfieldsoffocusingtransducers;-givesmeasurementmethodsforobtainingdefinedcharacteristicsoffocusingtransducers;-specifiesbeamaxisalignmentmethodsappropriateforfocusingtransducers.ThisInternationalStandardrelatestofocusingultrasonictransducersoperatinginthefrequencyrangeappropriatetomedicalultrasound(0,5MHzto40MHz)forboththerapeuticanddiagnosticapplications.Itshowshowthecharacteristicsofthetransmittedfieldoftransducersmaybedescribedfromthepointofviewofdesign,aswellasmeasuredbysomeonewithnopriorknowledgeoftheconstructiondetailsofaparticulardevice.Theradiatedultrasoundfieldforaspecifiedexcitationismeasuredbyahydrophoneineitherastandardtestmedium(forexample,water)orinagivenmedium.Thestandardappliesonlytomediawherethefieldbehaviourisessentiallylikethatinafluid(i.e.wheretheinfluenceofshearwavesandelasticanisotropyissmall),includingsofttissuesandtissue-mimickinggels.Anyaspectsofthefieldthataffecttheirtheoreticaldescriptionorareimportantindesignarealsoincluded.Thesedefinitionswouldhaveuseinscientificcommunications,systemdesignanddescriptionoftheperformanceandsafetyofsystemsusingthesedevices.Thisstandardincorporatesdefinitionsfromotherrelatedstandardswherepossible,andsuppliesnew,morespecificterminology,bothfordefiningfocusingcharacteristicsandforprovidingabasisformeasurementofthesecharacteristics.note:1Specifically,IEC61102andIEC61157(seeclause2).
