【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthereferencemethodforthedeterminationofthefatcontentofmilk-basedinfantfoods.Themethodisapplicabletoliquid,concentratedanddriedmilk-basedinfantfoodswithno,ornotmorethanamassfractionof5%(drymatter)ofstarchordextrin,orvegetable,fruit,meat,etc.NOTE1Malto-dextrinswithouthighermolecularmassdextrins,whichareoftenpresentininfantfoods,donotdisturbtheRose-Gottliebextractionevenwhenpresentinhighconcentrations.Themethodisnotapplicabletoproductswhichdonotdissolvecompletelyinammoniaowingtothepresenceofmorethanafewpercentofstarchordextrin,ortothepresenceofhardlumps.Themethodisalsonotapplicabletoproductswhichcontainsfreefattyacidsinsignificantquantities.Theresultsobtainedfortheseproductswillbetoolow.NOTE2Forsuchproducts,recourseshouldbemadetoamethodutilizingtheWeibull-Bemtropprinciple(seeISO8262-1).
